support about 2 minutes without the car charger , it\&39;s normal .
2 , the car dvr is 1080P full hd car dvr , please use the genuine 10 class SD card , Non genuine Class 10 SD card is easy caused by card screen , blurred screen , leak seconds, not cyclic recording video caton, crash.
3 , when appeared they can\&39;t read the SD card or blurred screen you can try to reset the car dvr .
4 , It\&39;s best format the SD card at the first use .
5 , If your car dvr have many scratch on screen , please don\&39;t worry , it&39;s a film to protector the screen , you can tear off it
6 , When recording please short press the power botton , The LED light is design UV lens , so it\&39;s not easy to see the light .
